MODECO is the architectural precast brand of MENYAH PROYECTOS, S.A. de C.V. We develop and fabricate architectural concrete and GFRC components, bringing design, engineering and construction planning together.
Design developed for fabrication
We work with architects, developers and contractors to translate geometry into components, joints, molds and a coordinated delivery sequence.
A clear scope for each project
Our Cancún plant serves projects in Mexico and abroad, with experience supplying projects in Florida. We also have experience operating mobile plants to serve projects across Mexico. Engineering, fabrication, supply and installation are defined by each project’s requirements and contract.

Punta de Mita
We established a mobile plant to serve the project in Punta de Mita.

La Paz
The same mobile plant enabled us to serve the hospital project in La Paz, Baja California Sur.

San Juan del Río
We later relocated that plant to San Juan del Río to serve the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) building in Mexico City.
