Maintenance should reflect the project’s finish, joints and exposure conditions.

Retain the engineering and maintenance documentation provided for the contracted scope. Schedule inspections and record changes in joints, sealants, finishes or visible connections.

Before cleaning or repair, consult the approved procedure and test in an inconspicuous area. Do not use abrasive products or methods without supplier approval.
